1. We accept the OEM & ODM order according to customer’s requirements
2. All the product can enjoiy free repaire and day mainmance with 12 months (except huamn damange)
3. If the product is out of warranty and human damange.without original stickers ,the customer should afforde all the repaire charges.
4. Once we send the goods out , all the risk will be tranfer to customer, We are not responsible for the product lost during shipping , buy the insurance or not depend on customer.
5. Return the defective products to us ,pls write the Invoice No on the shipping bill and remark the defective prodblem , all defective product must have the full original stickers ( there are the buy date on the stick). Customer should send the defective product to us with shipping charge prepaid. Once we confirm the defective problem belong to us ,We will afford the shipping charge.
6. We send the repaired product to customer with the shipping charge prepaid.
7. All the defective produce should be test by our QC department, We will make the repaire service in 15 days from the date of receiving
8. All the products buy from our company are national warranty (china).
9. We do not accept the repaire service for the products not sold by APEX company
