to think over our work attitude standing at the side of customers .

4) Job duties:

A.Listen each feedback of Jingchun products from customers carefully,kindly,and gracefully.

B.Inquiry and make sure the feedback of customers,in order to inform the sales department and workshop timely.

C.Use gentle voice and good attitude to settle problems for customers,if can resolve,calculate the settling time ,if can not resolve,please tell customers the reasons,and ask about their ideas,reach friendly consultation,and till customers satisfy.

D.Make more friendly communication with other departmens,inform QA department to research the reasons for  serious problems from customers,and issue the report .

E.Keep mobile 24 hours open and not engaged,to solve the problems for customers in time.

F.Summarize customers feedback,and inform the company meeting each friday on quality,and follow the questions.Customer service need to hand in quality abnormality report to general manager,and hand out the report with general manager's signature  to related departments .
