Ⅰ. SEARCH 查询（Optional 非必须的）
Availability search ：综合的查询及报告
(a) Words search (per class)字形查询 $3500 $455
(b) Logo/Device search（per class） 图形查询
1-3 sub-class (es) 1至3个类别收费 $4，500 $585
4-6 sub-classes 4至6个类别附加费用 $4，200 $545

(Fees consists of instructing the search at the Trade Marks Office, reviewing and reporting the search results with advice on registration.)
申请前查询的作用是找出类似或相同并对申请有影响的已申请/注册的商标。
此费用包括在商标注册署进行商标查询﹑分析和报告查询结果以及提供建议。
Ⅱ. FILING OF APPLICATION申请 费用 (for one trademark one class以一个商标一个类别计算)
(a) Principal/Associated/Defensive marks

(Fees consists of preparing and handling of the required Power of Attorney Document instructing our associate/agent to filing the application and reporting the status of filing particulars, acceptance and advertisement of the application (for opposition purposed),government fees, publication and registration fees, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.)
Validity : TEN (10) years.
此费用包括准备和处理必需的授权书文件、协助申请人选择申请类别、准备和提交申请、缴付官方费用以及报告申请资料、报告公告的许可通知、办理公告事宜、报告获准注册通知、领取及寄上注册证书以及缴付官方费用。

(a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments申辩费用

The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases, -$10，000 -$1，299
separate quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.
此费用只限于一般申辩及会因为案件的复杂程度而有所调整。

(b) Renewal 续期 （for 10 years） 有效期为十年

Preparing and executing the Assignment document. For Assignment without goodwill, additional advertising is required.

B． Procedure for applying trade mark registration 商标注册申请的程序
Ⅰ.A word, logo or both, which is distinctive, can be applied for trademark registration.
任何具显著性的文字﹑图案或文字加图案的标记均可申请注册。
